EXCELLENT Based on 854 reviews Posted on Sophie RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve been meaning to go here for a while and overall we’re glad we did. Great cocktail menu, lovely vibe and attentive staff. However I was a little disappointed with our food. The charcoal arancini, while beautifully crisp and paired with a delightful pesto, was overpowered by the run of the mill sweet chilli sauce. Tasty, but not mind blowing. Similarly the charcoal bucatini, another vegan dish, didn’t blow us away. Honestly, learn to make a simple vegan béchamel and save yourself $36. The vegan egg yolk is a fun novelty. We finished with the Funghi Provenzal pizza. This was probably the best of the dishes - delightful white sauce base, perfectly cooked mushrooms offset with slightly sweet caramelised onions on a great woodfired base. However, it was soaked in olive oil which was incredibly over powering and made it relatively unpleasant to finish. Overall, we did enjoy our meal - but for the price we paid would have expected much better.Posted on aTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went there with my partner and we had the arancini, the pumpkin flower and polenta chips for starter and two pastas for main. All the food was delicious and super quick. Very good portions and the service was exceptional.Posted on Marc CasisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alright here we go. Full vibe. All the points. In your tone. ⸻ Mark + Vinny’s put the fun back in food. Straight up. We kicked it off with this garlic rustic bread with the hollow core. Crispy outside, soft and airy inside, proper garlic punch but balanced. The kind of bread that ruins your self control. You tell yourself one piece… next minute the plate’s empty and you’re acting surprised. Then came the ragu. And this thing was serious. Rich, slow cooked, deep flavour, nothing too salty, nothing swimming in oil. Just balanced. Comforting. Proper. It hit the spot so hard I thought, that’s it. Nothing’s topping that. Then I ordered the spirulina spaghetti. And I’m not gonna lie… I was scared. It looked fun. Bright. Almost too fun. Reminded me of that scene in Weird Science from back in the day where they’re cooking up something wild in the lab. I’m thinking, here we go, gimmick pasta. You can’t beat that ragu. No chance. How wrong was I. This thing was the star of the show. Texture was on point, sauce clung to it perfectly, flavour was clean and balanced. No weird health food vibes, no trying too hard. Just straight up delicious. It looked playful but it backed itself. Confidence on a plate. Even the asparagus side was done right. Not drowned, not overworked. That creamy base and the crunch on top just made sense. Then dessert. And this is where you seal the deal. Because plenty of places fumble the landing. Not here. Everything worked. Sweet but not sickly. Creamy but not heavy. Crunch for texture. Balanced. It was the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. Service was great too. Prompt, friendly, checked in without hovering. Food came out at a good pace. No drama. This place doesn’t just serve pasta. It gives you an experience. It reminds you that food can be playful and still be elite. I’ll be back. No question.Posted on Sea CharTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great place for date night and events! My partner took me to this restaurant for Valentine’s Day! Was a great night. Such a cool vibe to this place the interior design is gorg. I wish I remembered the waitresses name she was so lovely and attentive. The food was INSANELY good especially the zucchini flowers. Pizza was delish and Ragu pasta was great. I don’t know why there are complaints of portion sizes I feel as if it’s a place to get a few things and share (what I would recommend) and then you can try different types of dishes ✨✨ Will defs come back!! Also the cocktail was so good I got the greenish looking one with gin… all the best guysPosted on ChantelleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My friends and I went for dinner here last night - we were running late for our reservation and they were very hospitable with changing our booking time so thank you for that! However when we got there, it was over 20 minutes before anyone came to give us water or take a drinks order. Couldn’t even see anyone to wave over, so my friend had to go to the bar and ask for a waiter. Our drinks were not great, lychee martini’s made completely wrong, and margaritas watery :( food was good though and the vegan options were great! Although it took 2 hours to be served our mains. And the customer toilets are through the kitchen… super weird squeezing past the dishwashing guy and food scraps to get to the bathroom. I feel bad writing this review but I really don’t see what all the fuss is about. It’s expensive and wish we chose somewhere else.
